Sandhills Custom Millwork, Inc. is a 22,000 sq. ft. custom woodworking facility and is the creation of owner, David Pajak.
He began in 2002 in Chicago doing business as D-Squared Custom Cabinetry; a custom design, fabrication and installation shop specializing in providing handmade custom case goods for high-end residential customers. That success was carried to Moore County in Central North Carolina, the furniture making center of North America. In April 2006, Sandhills Custom Millwork, Inc. was incorporated and moved its focus from custom residential to full commercial design , fabrication and finishing. Our facility is staffed with 8 full time employees with a total of over 130 years of cabinet making and woodworking experience. Our investment in space, equipment and talent provide the large scale renovation industry with the most cost competitive and highest quality architectural millwork and case goods.

Capabilities/Equipment

Within our 22,000 sq. ft. facility our capabilities include:

• Design, engineering, prototyping and full production of architectural millwork and case goods
• Factory finishing - all stains, paints and finishes within a separate 2400 sq. ft. finish room
• Commercial shipping throughout the United States
• All case goods are boxed in corrugated cardboard for shipping
• Materials are from solid woods to veneered plywood, MDF, melamine, laminates, etc.
• Fabrication on CNC equipment for consistency and quality/cost control
• Pneumatic assembly equipment ensures quality and cost control
• Direct communication with factory personnel for immediate response to your changing requirements
• Relationships with professional installation contractors encompassing the Carolinas
